With each Ninja averaging over a decade of industry experience, we are a lean, agile, and elite cadre of passionate creators, who are first and foremost, gamers at heart.

As game developers, this refers to the literal code we write, striving for technical excellence and innovation with every line. But beyond the technical, "the Code" also represents the values that guide our studio. Integrity, respect, and dedication shape how we approach game design, how we treat our community, and how we collaborate as a team. Each of our games focuses on innovative gameplay experience and we carefully craft our portfolio with true attention to detail in every aspect, from the art and sound to the game design and narrative. Our design philosophy is rooted in curiosity and backed up by numbers.
OUR JOURNEY
A Studio Built on Passion: After getting laid-off from another gaming company in 2016, our founder Nate Chatellier launched Nerd Ninjas with a mission to push the boundaries of technology in gaming. Partnering with Niantic, he set out to create an innovative geospatial game that would break new ground. Nate assembled a team of incredibly talented and passionate creatives who are, at their core, avid gamers themselves. At Nerd Ninjas, we make games that we want to play. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with industry giants like Niantic, Meta, and others. With our keyboard-wielding, mouse-flipping, passion-fueled skills, we’ve thrived in both co-development and original creations.
